Exceptional hospitality, stunning location!

The beach here is stunning and has amazing views of Burj Al Arab. The kids' club is entertaining for young ones. Staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to slow service at peak times.

Exceptional family-friendly experience

We had a wonderful stay with our young kids, and the staff were a highlight of our trip, especially at the Palmery, where Chef Shubatra and the team catered to our children's needs beautifully. The expansive breakfast offered fresh juices and live cooking stations, making each meal special. Plus, the beach and pool amenities were perfect for families. It would be nice if there were more options for evening dining without reservations required.

We had an amazing time at this stunning resort, especially enjoying the beautiful beach club and the exceptional private beach access. The pool area was a perfect way to unwind after a day of fun, and the cabana service was a nice touch for relaxation. While we noticed a slight wait for our room to be ready, it didn’t take away from the fantastic experience overall. 🌴

my stay at jumeirah was amazing! the service was exceptional, especially from al-christy at the reception. our room was gorgeous with a lovely balcony. the beach was clean with plenty of chairs, and the staff brought us towels and filtered water. the hotel is beautifully decorated and feels so welcoming. loved the variety of tasty food we had!

Staying at Al Naseem felt incredible. The service provided by the pool staff was outstanding, with Loyd going out of his way to make us feel special. The breakfast at the Palmery blew me away with its variety and quality. it’s been years since I enjoyed a meal like that. The attention to detail impressed me too. For example, housekeepers organized our toiletries by height. However, I noticed the beach area was quite crowded during peak times, making it difficult to find a good spot. One morning, breakfast service at Rockfish disappointed us. We waited over 45 minutes for our order, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. A little more training would help. Overall, the hotel provided an exceptional experience, with a few areas that could use improvement.

The dining options blew me away! Breakfast at The Palmery was a feast for the senses, earning a solid 10/10 for its variety and flavor. Plus, the poolside snack bar kept our cravings at bay, serving up tasty bites while we soaked up the sun. Also, not to forget the super friendly and attentive staff who made every moment feel top-notch!

We raised a flag but it lingered a bit too long for my liking, which is not what you expect at a posh place like this. Still, the beach vibes and overall experience kept the spirit high!

I recently stayed for 4 nights and loved the stunning pools and the amazing seafood at Rockfish! The complimentary amenities made my stay relaxing and memorable.
